Drug Formulation
3 fen of borneol, 1 fen of musk, 5 fen of mercury oxide, 5 fen of mercury sulfate, 5 fen of realgar, 1 zi of frankincense, 1 zi of arsenic trioxide, and 14 croton seeds (with skin and inner membrane removed).

Processing
Grind the ingredients into an extremely fine powder; mix with wheat flour paste to form pills the size of a wheat grain.

Instructions for Use
Before each application, first use a needle to prick the edge of the ulcer, then insert the medicine, adjusting the dosage according to the severity of the condition. Within 1–2 shichen, the swelling and pain will be completely relieved. For cases of genital ulcers that have eroded the penis—whether partially or entirely—grind 1–2 pills into a paste and apply it to the affected area.
