Instructions for Use
For stroke with loss of speech, administer 1 qian bi of the formula dissolved in fresh water; if the jaw is clenched shut, pour it down the throat.If the patient is able to cough, they will regain consciousness by midnight; if they do not cough after four doses of the medicine have been administered, there is no hope of recovery. For sudden malignant attacks with unstoppable drooling, mix half a qianbi of powdered white alum with one qianbi of Taiyi Powder, blend thoroughly, dissolve in fresh water, and administer slowly by mouth—this will save the patient’s life.
