Clear Realgar 3 qian, large cinnabar nuggets 3 qian, mercury 2 qian, 28 spotted mantises (remove legs and wings; stir-fry with glutinous rice until golden brown).

Processing

First, grind the spotted beetles into a fine powder; then separately grind the realgar and cinnabar into a fine powder; next, add the mercury and grind until fine, then mix thoroughly. Use egg white mixed with glutinous rice to form a thick paste, and roll into pills the size of mung beans.

Instructions for Use
