Drug Formulation
Clear Realgar 3 qian, large cinnabar nuggets 3 qian, mercury 2 qian, 28 spotted mantises (remove legs and wings; stir-fry with glutinous rice until golden brown).

Processing
First, grind the spotted beetles into a fine powder; then separately grind the realgar and cinnabar into a fine powder; next, add the mercury and grind until fine, then mix thoroughly. Use egg white mixed with glutinous rice to form a thick paste, and roll into pills the size of mung beans.

For chronic scrofula that has not healed, with alternating chills and fever and tightness in the neck tendons, whether the abscess has ruptured or not.
Instructions for Use
Take 14 pills per dose, washed down with rice water or warm wine. Malignant substances will be expelled immediately through the urine. If no malignant substances are expelled, take another dose halfway through the morning.
