Chinese Name : 七制固脂丸
Drug Formulation
10 jin of Gu Zhi (First preparation: soak in rice-washing water overnight, then sun-dry for seven days; Second preparation: use 2 jin of Phellodendron bark to boil a concentrated decoction, soak overnight, then sun-dry for seven days; Third preparation: Eucommia bark; Fourth preparation: raw salt; Fifth preparation: fish blubber; Sixth preparation: walnut meat—all processed as above; Seventh preparation: boil black dates and glutinous rice into porridge, grind the Gu Zhi into a fine powder, mix thoroughly, and pound until fully incorporated).

Instructions for Use
Take 1 qian on an empty stomach every morning, washed down with lightly salted water. After one month of treatment, increase the dose by 3 fen each time, up to a maximum of 2 qian. For those with yin deficiency and fluid depletion, take this medicine in the morning and Liuwei Dihuang Pills in the evening; effects will be seen after half a year.
Note
Avoid consuming mutton blood, rapeseed (also known as Brassica napus), and rapeseed oil. Avoid using iron utensils.
