Processing

Pour 6 liters of sesame oil into a large iron pot, add the dried toads and all the above herbs, simmer until the herbs are completely charred, then strain out the residue. Continue simmering over high heat until a drop of the liquid forms a bead when held up to the light. Remove from heat, add cinnabar (approximately 2.5 kg in winter, 3 kg in summer), and stir vigorously with an iron rod. The oil will gradually turn black. Finally, when it begins to solidify, add the powdered herbs and mix thoroughly to form a paste.

Boils, folliculitis, keloids, and neurodermatitis.

Instructions for Use

Spread the mixture onto thick paper to form three sizes of plasters—large, medium, and small—with varying thicknesses. When ready for use, warm the plaster until it softens and apply it to the affected area.
