Drug Formulation
1 sheng of wheat, 4 liang of sulfur, 1 liang of white arsenic, half a jin of soot gum, 3 liang of Sichuan pepper, and 2 liang each of raw and calcined alum.

Processing
Roast the wheat until it turns yellow; while still hot, place it in a mortar, mix with sulfur and white arsenic to form a fine powder, stir well, and set aside to cool. Add the tobacco gum, then grind together with Sichuan pepper and raw and calcined alum into a fine powder.

For bald patches, hair loss, white patches resembling tinea, and scabs piled up in layers, accompanied by severe itching as if insects were crawling on the skin. For children with smallpox-like rashes causing itching, forming layered patches; in severe cases, the skin may become numb and insensitive to pain.
Instructions for Use
Before application, wash the affected area with scallion broth, apply the mixture mixed with sesame oil, cover with oiled paper, and secure it; change the dressing every 3 days. The condition will be cured after 3 treatments.
