Drug Formulation

12 liang of white poplar bark (soaked in rice water overnight), 10 liang of Platycodon root (stems removed), 9 liang of red peony root (soaked in wine overnight), half a jin of Sichuan lovage root (soaked in hot water 7 times), 10 liang of white angelica root, half a jin of Cinnamomum cassia bark (coarse outer bark removed), half a jin of Asarum root (stems removed), 10 liang of licorice root (roasted),5 liang Sichuan pepper (seeds removed, whole pods), 6 liang Sichuan aconite (roasted), 6 liang Dipsacus asper (soaked in rice water), 6 liang Achyranthes root (stems removed, soaked in wine overnight), 9 liang Eupatorium leaves (branches removed), 6 liang Angelica sinensis, 6 liang Cyperus rotundus (roasted).
