Instructions for Use

For each serving, take 60 g of roasted white mung beans (or 120 g of fresh white mung beans) and 60 g of japonica rice. Boil them together into porridge until the mung beans are thoroughly cooked. This can be served for breakfast or dinner during the summer and fall.
