Drug Formulation

5 qian of genuine dragon’s blood, 7 grains of croton seed (shells removed), 1 liang of alum.

Processing

Crush the above ingredients, place them together in a new sand pot, and refine until the alum is completely charred. For every liang, add 3 fen of large camphor and 3 qian of borax; grind into an extremely fine powder and seal tightly.

Instructions for Use

To use, rinse the mouth with cold tea and blow it onto the affected area.

Note

Do not use for pharyngeal tinea or pharyngeal ulcers caused by deficiency syndromes.
