Drug Formulation

1 small yellow hen (remove head, feet, wings, feathers, and internal organs; wash and cut into pieces), half a liang of Angelica sinensis (chopped and lightly stir-fried), half a liang of Atractylodes macrocephala, half a liang of prepared Rehmannia glutinosa, half a liang of Cinnamomum cassia bark, and half a liang of Astragalus membranaceus (chopped).

Instructions for Use

First, boil the chicken in 7 sheng of water until the liquid is reduced to 3 sheng. For each dose, take 4 qian of the chicken broth, place it in a medium-sized bowl, and simmer until reduced to 6 fen. Strain out the solids and drink while warm, three times daily.
