I’ve always wondered about the exact technique behind shoulder grasping in Tuina. The coordinated thumb-finger pressure sounds intense but effective. Do you recommend starting with lighter pressure for beginners, or diving right in?
Interesting technique! I’ve had Tuina before but never this specific shoulder grasp. The coordinated thumb and finger pressure sounds intense yet therapeutic. Would love to know if it helps with frozen shoulder or just general tension. Thanks for sharing the details!
Interesting technique! I’ve always wondered about the proper form for shoulder grasping in Tuina. The coordinated pressure and gradual shifting sound key for effectiveness. Thanks for sharing these details!
Interessante Technik! Die simultane Druckausübung mit Daumen und Fingern klingt sehr präzise. Kann man das als Laie gefahrlos anwenden, oder sollte man unbedingt einen Profi machen lassen? Wäre gespannt auf mehr Details zur Wirkung auf
Great breakdown! I’ve always been curious about the mechanics behind Tuina techniques. The coordinated thumb-and-finger opposition sounds tricky but effective for releasing shoulder tension. Will have to try this carefully on my partner (with proper guidance, of course). Thanks for sharing these essentials!
