Benefits
For cold hernia with abdominal pain, coldness radiating upward, numbness in the hands and feet, or generalized body pain that cannot be treated by moxibustion, acupuncture, or other medications; when pathogenic wind enters the abdomen, attacking and piercing the five viscera, causing stiffness that prevents turning or shifting, accompanied by crying out during attacks, and sometimes causing retraction of the genitals.
Instructions for Use
Take 2 jin of honey, boil it down to half its volume, strain out the residue, and mix it with 5 he of Guizhi Decoction to make 1 sheng. Initially, administer 2 he; if the patient shows no response, administer 3 he; if still no response, increase the dose to 5 he. Those who respond will appear as if intoxicated; if vomiting occurs, it indicates the medicine has effectively treated the condition.
