Processing

Place the ingredients in a thin summer linen bag, add 10 jin of sweet wine to soak the herbs, and seal the opening tightly.

Instructions for Use

After steeping for 7 days, take a warm dose before bedtime, drinking as much as desired; do not skip doses, and prepare a new batch once the first is finished. Additionally, after menstruation has ceased, take one green-shelled duck egg daily: pierce it with a needle seven times, add 0.5 fen of Qi Ai, and one bowl of water. Place the egg in the bowl of water with the Qi Ai and steam it over rice until cooked; eat it. Consume 5–6 eggs per month at most, or 2–3 at the very least.
