Drug Formulation
Red Poria (mixed with cow’s milk) 1 jin, White Poria (mixed with human milk; both soaked overnight and sun-dried) 1 jin, White Polygonum multiflorum (peeled with a bamboo knife and crushed) 1 jin,Red Polygonum multiflorum (processed as above) 1 jin, Achyranthes root (steamed three times with He Shou Wu and 5 sheng of black beans in an earthenware pot) half a jin, Goji berries (soaked in wine, washed, and sun-dried) half a jin, Angelica sinensis (soaked in wine overnight) half a jin, Poria cocos (with the spore layer) half a jin, Cuscuta seeds half a jin (soaked in wine for 3 days, then sun-dried), and Polygonum multiflorum (roasted until golden) 5 liang.

Processing
Do not allow any of the above herbs to come into contact with iron utensils; grind them into a fine powder, then mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a marble.
Instructions for Use
Take 3 pills daily: 1 in the morning on an empty stomach with wine; 1 in the afternoon with ginger soup; and 1 before bed with salted soup. During the first 3 days of treatment, the urine will appear discolored, indicating the elimination of miscellaneous ailments from the five viscera; after 14 days, the lips will turn red, saliva will flow in the mouth, and nighttime urination will cease;by the 28th day, the body will feel light and vigorous, and the breasts will appear rosy and lustrous; after one month, a stinging sensation will be felt at the tip of the nose, and all wind-related ailments and various diseases will be expelled; by the 49th day, vision will be clear and bright, the hands will feel fiery hot, sexual potency will be mastered, white hair will turn black again, lost teeth will regrow, sexual function will be robust, the Dan Tian will burn like fire, one will walk as if flying, and physical strength will double.
