Drug Formulation

Bamboo Sap (added at the last moment), Gypsum 1 liang and a half; Red Poria 3 fen (black skin removed); Gardenia Seed 3 fen; Cimicifuga 3 fen; Scrophularia 3 fen; Raw Rehmannia 3 fen; Anemarrhena (roasted) 3 fen.

Processing

Except for the bamboo sap, chop all ingredients into pieces the size of sesame or bean seeds.

Instructions for Use

Take 5 qian per dose, add 1.5 zhan of water and 5 slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 1 zhan, strain out the residue, add half a he of bamboo sap, and decoct for another 3 boils. Take warm after meals and before bedtime, 3 times daily.
