2 liang of cardamom (wrapped in flour and roasted), 2 liang of aconite root (roasted, with skin and pith removed), 2 liang of galangal (chopped and stir-fried),Chebulic myrobalan (wrapped in flour and roasted) 2 liang, Dried ginger (roasted) 2 liang, Red cinnabar (calcined) 2 liang, Yangqishi (calcined) 2 liang, Dragon bone (raw) 2 liang, White alum (dried) 2 liang, Poria cocos (peeled) 1 liang, Cinnamon bark (unroasted) 1 liang, Asarum (washed) 1 liang.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with wheat flour boiled in wine to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
