Drug Formulation

Atractylodes macrocephala (stem removed, stir-fried) 5 liang, Zhi Shi (stir-fried with wheat bran) 1 liang, Chen Pi (white pith removed) 3 liang, Pinellia (soaked, stir-fried with ginger) 2 liang, Poria cocos (peeled) 3 liang, Atractylodes lancea (soaked in rice water, stir-fried) 1 liang, Magnolia officinalis (stir-fried with ginger) 2 liang,Cyperus (fried with wine) 1 liang, Shenqu (fried) 3 liang, Forsythia 2 liang, Coptis (fried with wine) 1 liang, Scutellaria (fried with wine) 1 liang, Hawthorn pulp 3 liang, Barley malt (fried) 1 liang, Radish seeds 2 liang, Wood Fragrance 5 qian, Acorus (fried with vinegar) 1 liang, Curcuma (fried with vinegar) 1 liang.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, then form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using ginger juice as a binder.
