Drug Formulation

Neem Fruit (fried with wheat bran, pitted) 1 liang, Fennel Seeds (roasted) 1 liang, Cornelian Cherry 1 liang, Chinese Cornelian Cherry 1 liang, Chinese Evodia (washed in hot water, dried in an oven, roasted) 1 liang,Green tangerine peel (soaked in hot water, white pith removed, and baked) 1 liang, aged tangerine peel (soaked in hot water, white pith removed, and baked) 1 liang, horse-tail flower (stir-fried with vinegar) 1 liang, and Chinese honeysuckle flower (stir-fried with vinegar) half a liang.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste made from flour boiled in vinegar to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
