4 liang of Terminalia chebula bark, 2 liang of patchouli, 8 cardamom pods.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of chestnuts.

For the elderly and children suffering from vomiting, diarrhea, stomach upset, distension and fullness in the chest and abdomen, and acute cholera.
Instructions for Use
Take 1 pill at a time; chew thoroughly and swallow with liquid, regardless of the time of day. For children, the dose is 1 pill per year of age, divided into 3–4 doses; it is even more effective when taken with ginger tea or rice water.
