Drug Formulation
Cinnamon Bark 3 fen, Forsythia 5 fen, Fried Licorice 5 fen, Atractylodes 5 fen, Tangerine Peel 5 fen, Angelica Root Tips 1 qian, Fangfeng 1 qian, Ligusticum 1 qian, Astragalus 1 qian 5 fen, Phellodendron (wine-processed) 2 qian, Notopterygium 2 qian.

Benefits
Both the left and right cun pulses of the Foot-Taiyang Meridian are taut; upon palpation, they lack strength; abscesses have formed on the buttocks, which are hard, swollen, and extremely painful.
Instructions for Use
Coarsely crush the above ingredients and combine them into a single dose. Add 2 zhan of water and 1 zhan of wine; decoct until reduced to 1 zhan. Strain out the residue, take the decoction while still slightly warm on an empty stomach, and cover the abscess with a layer of cloth to allow the medicinal properties to take full effect; remove the cloth once the effects have subsided.
