Chinese Name : 七熬丸
Drug Formulation
1.5 liang of rhubarb, 5 liang of Xianhu (or Chaihu), 5 liang of mangxiao (roasted), 6 zhu of Tingli, 6 zhu of Sichuan pepper (roasted), 18 zhu of fresh ginger, 18 zhu of Chuanxiong, 15 zhu of Poria,9 zhu of apricot kernels (roasted), 20 peach kernels (roasted), half a he of horseflies (roasted), and half a he of leeches (roasted) (The *Qianjin Yi* omits Chuanxiong. Another formula includes 2 liang of [Shuchong] insects and 2 liang of peony root, making a total of 14 ingredients).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Take 7 pills per dose, washed down with liquid on an empty stomach, three times a day. If no effect is observed, double the dose.
