Purple horse manure (3 pieces; wrap each in a piece of blue cloth and calcine over charcoal fire on a new tile until its properties are preserved) half liang, myrrh 10 wen, mercury oxide 10 wen, a small amount of musk.

Instructions for Use

First, wash the affected area with a scallion and pepper decoction, then pat it dry. Take some licorice juice into your mouth and spit it onto the sore. Wash the area again, rinse it thoroughly, and apply the medication. For moist sores, apply a dry powder; for dry sores, mix the powder with raw oil and apply it. The first application will cause extreme pain for one night, but after no more than three applications, the root cause will be eliminated.
