8 liang of Yanxiao, 1 liang of Huangdan, 1 liang of white alum, 5 fen of realgar, 3 fen of cinnabar.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, gradually add them to an iron pot, and simmer until a paste forms. Use a teaspoon to scoop the paste onto a board, shape it into strips, and use as needed.

Instructions for Use
For all types of unexplained swellings and toxic sores in their early stages, grind into a paste and apply topically; for blurred vision and red, swollen, inflamed eyes, apply a small amount to both corners of the eyes for immediate relief; for tonsillitis with throat obstruction, place 5 fen in the mouth and let it dissolve; for snake or scorpion bites, apply topically to instantly relieve pain; for weeping sores, lacquer poisoning, intestinal colic, and acute chest pain, apply a small amount to the corners of the eyes for a cure.
