Ginseng, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, licorice (fried), Astragalus membranaceus, Paeonia lactiflora, Cinnamomum cassia, dried tangerine peel, Dioscorea opposita, lotus seed, Schisandra chinensis fruit, softshell turtle shell, Shenqu, night-blooming sand, Gentiana scabra, and Pinellia ternata—each in equal parts.

Soak lotus leaves in water, boil into a paste, and form into pills the size of millet grains.
