Donkey-hide gelatin (stir-fried until dry): 1 liang; Prepared Rehmannia root (roasted): 1 liang; Poria cocos (black skin removed): 1 liang; Chinese yam: 1 liang; Schisandra berries: 1 liang;Ophiopogon (core removed, baked) half liang, Fritillaria (core removed, stir-fried) half liang, Stemona half liang, Biota seed (stir-fried, ground separately) half liang, Salvia half liang, Poria (wood removed) half liang, Ginseng 1 liang, Polygala (core removed) 1 liang, Saposhnikovia (branches removed) 1 liang, Eucommia (coarse bark removed, roasted, chopped) half liang.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a marble.
