Drug Formulation
1 liang Tiannanxing, 1 liang Banxia, 1 liang Baifuzi, 1 liang Chuanwu (all washed), and half a liang Chuan Yujin.

Processing
Coarsely grind the above ingredients. Take two large yellow ox gallbladders; empty them into a bowl and mix with the medicine. Use a bamboo strip to pry open the gallbladder’s opening, then use a bamboo leaf to scoop the mixture in, filling the gallbladder completely until all the medicine is used up. If the bile is insufficient, combine the bile from 2–3 gallbladders. Tie the gallbladders shut with hemp rope and hang them in a well-ventilated area for one month, drying them daily. Remove the membranes and collect the liquid. Each time the formula is prepared, add the following ingredients:Horse-tooth powder, cinnabar, realgar, borax, borneol, and musk. Use 1 liang of the gallbladder preparation; each of the four ingredients (realgar, cinnabar, borneol, and borax) should be 1 qian; adjust the amounts of borneol and musk accordingly. Boil fine flour into a thin paste to form pills the size of a sesame seed.

Instructions for Use
For a 1-year-old, administer 10 pills per dose; for a 2-year-old, double the dose. Administer with a decoction of gold, silver, and peppermint.
