Dried ginger (roasted), 2 liang; barley (roasted), 2 liang.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder.
Benefits
Cold and dampness invade the meridians, causing pain in the limbs and joints.
Instructions for Use
Take 1 liang of the mixture each time, boil it with half a jin of a child’s urine until it forms a paste of appropriate consistency, and while still hot, spread it over the painful area using a comb, cover with paper, wrap securely in a piece of silk, and tie it fast. Heat a new tile, wrap it in thick paper, and apply it to the medicated area to dry it thoroughly.
