Processing

Grind the prepared Rehmannia root into a fine powder, mix it with honey, and simmer until it forms a paste; then shape it into pills the size of a tung tree seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 40–50 pills per dose on an empty stomach or before meals, washed down with warm wine; rice water may also be used. Alternatively, prepare the paste, dissolve it in wine, and take it; if one does not drink alcohol, plain hot water may be used instead.
