2 liang of deer antler, 2 liang of Cistanche deserticola, 2 liang of dried Rehmannia root, 2 liang of Smilax glabra, 2 liang of Eucommia bark, 2 liang of Schisandra berries, 2 liang of Poria cocos, 1 liang of wood apple, 2 liang of Morinda officinalis, 2 liang of goji berries, 2 liang of Sichuan Achyranthes root, 2 liang of Psoralea corylifolia, 2 liang of rock salt,5 liang of dodder seeds, 5 liang of golden bell seeds, 8 liang of lotus seeds.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste made from wine-boiled Chinese yam powder to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
