Drug Formulation
Half a liang of dried ginger (roasted) and 1 liang; Coptis (stems removed) 1 liang; peach kernels (skin, tips, and double kernels removed; stir-fried) 1 liang; Angelica sinensis (sliced, roasted) 1 liang; Changshan (chopped) 1 liang; Bupleurum (stems removed) 1 liang; Poria (black skin removed) 1 liang.

Grind the ingredients into a coarse powder.

Instructions for Use
Take 3 qian bi per dose; add 1 zhan of water, decoct until reduced to 7 fen, strain out the residue, and take warm on an empty stomach before an attack begins; take another dose when an attack is imminent.
