Chinese Name : 硫黄煎

Drug Formulation

1 fen of sulfur (finely ground), 1 fen of musk (finely ground), 1 fen of realgar (finely ground), 1 fen of cinnabar (finely ground), 1 fen of dried ginger (roasted until cracked, ground, and sifted into a fine powder), and 1 liang of honey.

Processing

Grind all the above ingredients until uniform. Mix the honey with 1 large bowl of water, strain through silk, combine with the other ingredients in a soup bowl, place in a double boiler, and simmer over low heat until it reaches the consistency of thin syrup. Transfer to a porcelain container.
