Add 100 liang of realgar and stir evenly to form a paste. Remove the paste and soak it in cold water to neutralize the fire toxicity, then reheat to melt it. Prepare a separate mixture of fine ingredients: for every 400 liang of ointment oil, add 1 qian 5 fen of musk, 4 qian of suhe oil, 4 qian 5 fen of camphor, frankincense, myrrh, dragon’s blood, and cloves—each 3 liang 2 qian 5 fen. Grind all ingredients into a fine powder, mix thoroughly, and spread onto the plaster.
