1 liang Chrysanthemum flowers, 1 liang Tussilago flowers, 1 liang Mimong flowers, 1 liang 5 qian Kochia seeds, 1 liang 5 qian Prunus mume seeds, 1 liang 5 qien Rubus fruits, 1 liang 5 qien Arctium seeds, 1 liang 5 qien Vitex seeds.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with ash-free wine paste to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Take 30–50 pills per dose, washed down with a decoction of Ophiopogon japonicus.
