Instructions for Use
Take 40 pills per dose, gradually increasing to 60 pills. If the patient has facial swelling and unrelenting itching between the eyebrows; or if wind-pathogen affects the eyes, causing stiffness in the hands and feet, first take one dose of this medicine, washed down with cooled tea, four times a day—on an empty stomach, after meals, in the afternoon, and before bedtime. If the patient experiences numbness in the limbs, prickling pain in the hands and feet, or sores on the feet and legs, first take one dose of the Life-Saving Pill, followed by the Holy Transformation Pill. After 10 days, continue bloodletting using a white, thin porcelain bowl: first draw blood from the face, then from the arms, and finally from the legs and feet; if the weather is clear and sunny, perform this bloodletting once every 5–6 days, adjusting the amount according to the severity of the illness—do not draw too much blood. For women with this condition, drawing more blood is not harmful.
