Drug Formulation
Half a liang of sea pumice (calcined until red, then soaked in vinegar seven times), 1 qian of frankincense, 1 qian of myrrh, 49 seeds of croton, and 1 liang of Sichuan aconite.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; form into pills the size of a paulownia seed using vinegar paste.

Instructions for Use
If the condition has persisted for 2–3 days, take 10 pills; for 5–6 days, take 14 pills; adjust the dosage according to the severity of the condition. First, drink half a cup or one cup of cold wine, then swallow the pills with cold wine. If vomiting occurs, it is safe to swallow the vomit; after the medicine has been expelled, take another dose following the above method. If the patient has constipation, take an additional 3 pills. For a carbuncle where the pus head is clearly ruptured, apply dandruff to the affected area before taking the medicine.
