Formulas Name : Venereal Disease Detoxification Pills

Chinese Name : 花柳解毒丸

Drug Formulation

5 qian of honeysuckle, 5 qian of white fresh bark, 5 qian of Poria cocos, 5 qian of coix seed, 5 qian of Fangfeng, 3 qian of akebia, 3 qian of wood apple, 2 qian of soapberry, 5 qian of Angelica sinensis root tip, 3 qian of safflower, and 3 qian of rhubarb.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a very fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills weighing 1 qian 5 fen each.

Benefits

For syphilis-induced toxicity, characterized by swelling and pain in the early stages, painful urination, and pain in the tendons and bones.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill each time, washed down with plain water 1 hour after a meal, 3 times daily.

Note

Avoid spicy, stimulating, and aggravating foods.
