Drug Formulation

Xianlingpi 1 jin (finely chopped; simmer in 7 sheng of wine until reduced to 2 sheng; strain out the residue; add the following powdered herbs), Aconite Root 2 liang (roasted until cracked, with skin and pith removed), Cinnamon Bark 2 liang (with wrinkled outer skin removed), Red Peony Root 1 liang, Achyranthes Root (with stems removed) 1 liang,1 liang of deer antler gelatin (crushed and stir-fried until slightly dry), 1 liang of Smilax glabra (chopped), 1 liang of Acanthopanax bark, 1 liang of sour jujube seeds, 1 liang of Dendrobium (roots removed, chopped), 1 liang of Angelica sinensis, 1 liang of Wood Fragrance, and 1 liang of Frankincense.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a powder. Place the previously prepared decoction in a silver pot; next, add 5 he of white honey, then the powdered herbs. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly with a willow wood spoon until the mixture reaches the desired consistency, then transfer it to a porcelain container.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 teaspoon per dose, mixed with warm wine before meals.

Avoid pork and chicken.
