Benefits

A phlegm mass forms in the neck and nape, hard as stone; over time, it transforms into scrofula, oozing pus and blood. Before one mass has dissipated, another grows; before one has healed, another ulcerates—sometimes below the ear, sometimes in the clavicular fossa, or above and below the shoulder—spreading in a chain-like pattern, hence the name “Rat Sore” or “Chain Sore.”

Instructions for Use

Decoct in water and take orally. After taking 8 doses consecutively, the phlegm mass will gradually dissipate; after taking another 10 doses, the scrofula will be completely resolved; and after continuing treatment for another month, the patient will be fully cured. After recovery, take Liu Junzi Decoction as a follow-up measure to ensure the condition does not recur.
