Rehmannia glutinosa (steamed and pounded) 8 liang, Atractylodes macrocephala (winter variety) 8 liang, Angelica sinensis 6 liang, Lycium barbarum 6 liang, Eucommia ulmoides (wine-fried) 4 liang, Curculigo orchioides (steamed in wine for 1 day) 4 liang,Morinda root (fried in licorice decoction) 4 liang, Cornus officinalis 4 liang, Epimedium (stir-fried with mutton fat) 4 liang, Cistanche (washed in wine, stem removed) 4 liang, Allium tuberosum seeds (stir-fried until golden) 4 liang, Cnidium monnieri seeds (lightly stir-fried) 2 liang, Aconite root (processed) 2 liang, Cinnamon bark 2 liang.
