Drug Formulation

1 jin of Cyperus Rhizome (roasted; include 4 liang of raw), 8 liang of Black Pharbitis (ground into a fine powder), 4 liang of Atractylodes (soaked in rice water, then roasted), 5 liang of Green Tangerine Peel (roasted), 5 liang of Dried Tangerine Peel, 2 liang of Chinese Yam, 2 liang of Trifoliate Orange Peel (roasted with wheat bran), 2 liang of Bitter Orange Fruit (roasted with wheat bran),2 liang of Sanling (baked), 1 liang of Sichuan Houpo (stir-fried with ginger juice), 1 liang of White Cardamom (shelled), 2 liang of E Zhu (baked), 2 liang of Perilla (baked), 1 liang of Wood Fragrance, 7.5 qian of Agarwood, 3 liang of Cloves, 2.5 qian of Clove Bark, 1 liang of Dried Ginger, 1 liang of White Poria (peeled),Acorus tatarinowii 2 liang, Amomum villosum 1 liang (pounded), Alpinia officinarum 1 liang, Pinellia ternata (roasted) 1 liang, Pinellia ternata (roasted) 1 liang, Panax ginseng 5 qian, Amomum villosum (shelled) 1.5 liang, Areca catechu 1 liang, Raphanus sativus seeds (lightly roasted) 1 liang, roasted Shenqu 2 liang, Crataegus pinnatifida (seeded, roasted) 2 liang, Cinnamomum cassia 5 qian.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder and form into pills the size of a Paulownia seed using vinegar paste.

Instructions for Use

Take 50 pills per dose, washed down with light ginger tea before bedtime; for bladder hernia, take on an empty stomach with salted water; if a loose bowel movement is desired, gradually increase the dose to 100 pills.

Pregnant women should not take this medicine.
