Instructions for Use

If you have an important event tomorrow, apply this tonight. Apply it evenly from the ankle joint up to the top of the foot and down to the center of the sole and inside the toenails—leaving not a single gap. Wrap it in oiled paper, then wrap the foot with a foot-binding bandage; it will look just like your own skin and will not change color. While wearing the bandage, the pain will be bearable; when removing it, wash the area with lukewarm soybean milk. The soybean milk must be prepared one day in advance by soaking the soybeans until soft and then grinding them into a paste.
