2 liang of Prepared Rehmannia, 1 liang of Ginseng, 1 liang of Ophiopogon, 3 qian of Notoginseng root (powdered).

Benefits
Due to deficiency in both the Lung and Kidney meridians, fire takes advantage of the opening to escape outward, causing bleeding from the skin and hair—sometimes oozing out like a fine thread, sometimes seeping out like one qian, sometimes emerging from the scalp, sometimes from the torso, or sometimes from between the shins.
Instructions for Use
Decoct in water and take orally. The bleeding will stop after one dose. Follow with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction, augmented with Ophiopogon and Schisandra, taken regularly for one month.
