4–5 slices of daikon radish (cut one finger-width thick).

Processing

Use 2 liang of high-quality white honey. Dip the radish slices in the honey and place them on a clean iron spatula. Roast them over low heat, turning them repeatedly until they soften and all the honey has been absorbed.
