Instructions for Use
Take 1 qian bi per dose, gradually increasing to 2 qian bi. Boil 7 fen of Cistanche wine in a bowl until concentrated, let it cool to room temperature, add a pinch of salt, and take on an empty stomach. If making pills, take 1 liang of deer antler (dehaired and fried in ghee),Cistanche (soaked in wine overnight, then dried in an oven), and Cnidium (washed, then dried in an oven)—each 1 fen. Grind them into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed. Take 20–30 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine or salted broth.
