1 jin of Sichuan Melia fruit (pitted; divided into four portions: 1 portion stir-fried with salt, then remove the salt; 1 portion stir-fried with 1 liang of Po Gu Zhi, use both; 1 portion stir-fried with 1 Mylabris, remove the wings and legs, then remove the Mylabris; 1 portion stir-fried with 6 qian of small fennel seeds and salt, remove the salt, and use the fennel seeds).
