Drug Formulation
Ephedra 3 fen (with roots and nodes removed), Pueraria root 1 fen, Gardenia seed 1 fen, Gypsum half liang, Schizonepeta half liang, Fresh ginger 1 fen, Fermented soybeans 1 he, Glutinous rice 1.5 he.

Instructions for Use
Using 3 large bowls of water, first decoct the 7 ingredients—including Ephedra—until reduced to 1.5 bowls. Strain out the residue, then add the rice and cook into a thin porridge. Take it at any time. Cover with clothing to induce sweating, and the patient will recover.
