Peach Kernels (soaked in hot water, with skin, tip, and double kernels removed, then stir-fried), Sour Jujube Seeds (stir-fried), Ginseng, Red Poria (black skin removed), Cinnamon Bark (coarse bark removed), Cloves, and Licorice (roasted, coarsely chopped)—each in equal parts.
