Drug Formulation

Weilingxian (remove stems and soil) half liang (ground into powder; soak in half a zhan of good vinegar overnight), Aconite (raw, remove skin and navel) half liang (ground into powder; soak in half a zhan of good vinegar overnight), Realgar (finely ground) 1 fen, Croton seeds 21 grains (remove skin and inner membrane; extract oil.Grind these two ingredients together, decoct them with half a sheng of wine and half a sheng of vinegar, and simmer them with the previous two ingredients until a paste forms), Curcuma zedoaria (roasted, coarsely chopped) half liang, Wood Fragrance half liang, Green Tangerine Peel (soaked in hot water, white pith removed, stir-fried) 1 liang, Rhubarb (coarsely chopped, stir-fried) 3 fen, Aged Rice Malt (stir-fried) half liang, Cloves 1 fen.

Processing

For this formula, grind the last six ingredients into a powder, mix with the paste made from the first four ingredients, simmer with a small amount of vinegar, and mix with ink to form pills the size of mung beans.
