Achyranthes root (remove the root tip, soak in wine overnight, then dry in an oven) 2 liang, Cistanche (soak in wine overnight, then dry in an oven) 2 liang, Polygonum multiflorum 2 liang, Sichuan pepper (remove black seeds, select closed pods, and roast) 2 liang,Mu Jie Zi (shell removed) 1 liang, Tian Nan Xing (roasted) 1 liang, Aniseed (roasted) 1 liang, Fangfeng (root tip removed) 1 liang, Bi Xie 1 liang, Fu Zi (roasted, skin and navel removed) 1 liang, Earthworm (cleaned of soil, lightly roasted) 1 liang,Qianghuo (with root tip removed) 1 liang, Wuyao 1 liang, White Tribulus (roasted, thorns removed) 1 liang, Gusuibu (hairs removed) 1 liang, Golden-haired Dogspine (hairs removed) 1 liang, Astragalus 1 liang, Red Adzuki Beans 1 liang, Rubus Fruit 1 liang, White Aconite Root 1 liang.

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with wine paste to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.
