Drug Formulation
Nanxing (each cut into about 10 pieces; soak together with Banxia in water for 3 days, changing the water daily; then mix 2 liang of white alum, ground into a fine powder, into the water and soak for another 3 days; rinse clean and dry in an oven) 2 liang,Pinellia (sliced open) 2 liang, Dried Ginger (roasted) 1 liang, Atractylodes 1 liang, Galangal 1 liang, Poria 1 liang, Green Tangerine Peel half a liang, Cloves (unroasted) half a liang, Frankincense half a liang, Dried Tangerine Peel (white pith removed) half a liang.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Combine with 1 liang of Shenqu and 2 liang of barley malt; grind together to form a powder. Mix the powder with a paste made from the malt to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Take 50 to 70 pills per dose, washed down with warm, boiled water, at any time of day.
